



I trained for almost 3 years and still looked average.
I trained consistently for almost 3 years. I still had belly fat hanging, no sharp physique, and I looked nothing like someone who tracked workouts and diet seriously. I was ashamed to admit it.
Then I realized it wasn't a discipline problem, because I clearly never gave up. It was an approach problem.
I lacked the proper understanding of training, nutrition, and recovery, the holy trinity of getting shredded.
Once I fixed those three things, my physical transformation happened so quickly that mentally I still saw myself as the old version of me.
